Kinship

Advisors, not vendors

Country

Traditional Owner authority.

Capability

Commercial-grade delivery.

Credibility

Government procurement-ready.

On the name

Kin speaks to relationship, the connections between Nations, between people, and between us and the Country we stand on. We chose a word that belongs to no single Nation so that it honours all Nations equally.

Our name is a statement of how we work: with, alongside, and in kinship.

What we are not

– Not a technical delivery firm.
– Not a cultural heritage consultancy.
– Not a traditional big 4.

Practice

Three practice areas. Pure advisory

Kin advises, coordinates and project-manages. We do not deliver technical work ourselves. This is advisory, purely.

I

Program Advisory & Coordination

A Nation wins grant funding. We advise on how to deploy it well.

Services

Project Management

Supply Chain Coordination

Day-to-day program oversight. Contractor coordination. QA before any deliverable reaches the board. A curated specialist panel across technical, legal and cultural disciplines.

II

Treaty & Self-Determination

The long road. Walked alongside.

Services

Treaty Authority Process Support

Self-Determination Fund & RAP Advisory

The advisory spine that keeps a Treaty process moving while leaders focus on the negotiations that matter. Governance support through the second and third tranches of Self-Determination funding.

III

Cultural Heritage & Country

Led by Traditional Owners. Delivered by specialist First Nations partners. Coordinated by Kin.

Services

Cultural Heritage Project Management

Cultural heritage work belongs to Traditional Owners. We partner with a trusted Indigenous cultural heritage firm to deliver it, and we project-manage the engagement so your Nation isn’t carrying the coordination load.

Board & Advisors

Cultural authority.
Professional capability.

Each director brings lived experience, cultural authority, or professional expertise in service of First Nations communities.
